Lunazu is a farm management SaaS I co-founded in 2021. Cattle, crops, compliance, accounting, the whole operation, in one place.I led design, product, and branding from zero to launch: field research, problem definition, art direction, brandbook, and the handoff to engineering. The users had low digital literacy, which meant the interface had to be obvious before it was elegant. Satisfaction went up 20%. Operational failures dropped 30%. Cattle mortality dropped with them.
